Export downloads a full JSON copy (menu, branches, orders, waiter calls). Backup writes a consistent SQLite snapshot on the server under data/backups/.

Import menu (JSON)

Paste {"items":[{ "name": "...", "category": "...", "price_vnd": 0, "dietary": "veg" }]} — or use scripts/import-menu.js for CSV files. See README.

Replace the whole menu (otherwise items are added/updated by name + category)
